How we manage subprocessors

Before onboarding a provider that may process customer data, WebinarOS reviews the service, the data involved, the purpose of processing, the provider's security controls, and the contractual terms that govern confidentiality and data protection. Access is limited to the information needed to deliver the relevant function.

We periodically review active providers and remove access when a service is no longer required. Where international data transfers apply, we use appropriate contractual safeguards as described in our Privacy Policy. The location shown above identifies the provider's primary processing or contracting location and may not describe every redundant hosting region.

Changes and customer notices

This list is updated when a subprocessor is added, replaced, or removed. Customers who subscribe to change notifications receive advance notice where required by contract or applicable law. Questions about a provider, data category, transfer mechanism, or security review can be sent to the contact address shown above.
