WebinarOS for Zoom — setup & usage guide

This guide explains how to add the WebinarOS app to your Zoom account, use it to run webinars, and remove it. WebinarOS is a webinar marketing layer that connects to your existing Zoom account — it does not replace Zoom, and you keep hosting on Zoom.

Overview

Once connected, WebinarOS can create webinars on your Zoom account, build registration pages, and send invitation and reminder emails, then report on registrations, attendance, and follow-up. You manage everything from the WebinarOS dashboard; Zoom continues to host the live session.

Prerequisites

  • A WebinarOS account (create one at webinaros.ai).
  • A Zoom account with permission to create webinars and authorize apps.

Adding the app

You can add WebinarOS from the Zoom App Marketplace or from within WebinarOS:

From the Zoom App Marketplace

  1. Open the WebinarOS listing in the Zoom App Marketplace and click Add.
  2. Review the requested permissions and click Allow to authorize the app.
  3. You'll be redirected to WebinarOS to finish connecting your account.

From inside WebinarOS

  1. Sign in to WebinarOS and go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Connect Zoom.
  3. Sign in to Zoom if prompted, review the permissions, and click Allow.
Your Zoom account is now linked. You can connect additional tools (your CRM and sending domains) from the same Integrations screen.

Using the app

  1. In WebinarOS, create a webinar and choose your connected Zoom account as the host.
  2. WebinarOS creates the Zoom session and generates a registration page and a reminder email sequence.
  3. Build your invite list, review the emails, and send. Reminders run automatically on schedule.
  4. After the webinar, view attendance, show rate, and results in WebinarOS. Attendance and engagement data can sync back to your connected CRM.

Permissions the app uses

WebinarOS requests only the Zoom permissions needed to create and manage webinars on your behalf and to read attendance data for reporting. It does not access meeting recordings or content beyond what is required to provide the service. For details on how data is collected, used, retained, and your data-subject rights, see our Privacy Policy.

Removing the app

You can disconnect or fully uninstall at any time. Either method revokes WebinarOS's access to your Zoom account.

From the Zoom App Marketplace

  1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace and go to Manage → Added Apps (or search for WebinarOS).
  2. Click WebinarOS, then click Remove.
  3. Confirm to revoke access.

From inside WebinarOS

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Find Zoom and click Disconnect.
On removal, WebinarOS stops accessing your Zoom account. To request deletion of data already processed, contact . See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
